A reader’s guide · Care decisions

TB-500 therapy comes with claims to untangle.

A reader’s field handbook for weighing the name, the evidence, the care and the bill.

For the United States, the September 30, 2026 approval check found no approved TB-500 medicine for any purpose.

What the record shows

The Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, is the US agency whose medicine records are used for these checks.

Source a

No published study of TB-500 as a treatment in people appeared in the FDA review checked September 30, 2026.

Source b

TB-500 copies a short piece, called a fragment, of thymosin beta-4, a longer protein found in the body. They are different substances.

That difference matters when an offer points to research. A result for the longer protein cannot stand in as a result for the fragment.

Follow the question that brought you here

An injury claim calls for an evidence check. An offer calls for a licence check and a written explanation. A price calls for a full account of what it includes.

Keep your concern in view

Give the concern a few lines before considering a named treatment. Say what has changed in daily life and which activity matters to you. Carry those lines into the care discussion.

There is room to ask about other options, to request an explanation or to leave a decision open. The goal is a clear answer to your own concern.

Your reading notes

Keep a question or an answer to bring into a care discussion.
