There is no approved-product price
No approved TB-500 product appeared in the September 30, 2026 check. There is therefore no price published by an approved maker or government programme for it.
Source aAsk whether an advertised price covers the full bill or just one charge. A price does not explain the care or show that the proposed substance is approved or legally prepared. Keep the cost question beside the care question.

- The assessment
- What is charged for the consultation? What happens to that charge if no medicine is proposed?
- The proposed treatment
- What exactly is included? Which items would be billed separately? Ask for their names.
- The ongoing service
- Is there a membership or repeat charge? What does it include, and what ends it?
- The loose ends
- Ask about tests, follow-up, delivery, cancellation and refunds. Request the terms that apply to your own offer.

Compare the same stretch of care
Set quotes beside each other only after writing what each covers. Ask for the cost after any opening offer ends. If a quote requires a commitment, ask for the full amount of that commitment in writing.
A lower headline amount does not answer the unanswered questions in the evidence or status notes. A higher amount does not answer them either. Keep any question about the bill attached to what is actually being offered.
