Write down who does what
Before the conversation ends, ask who will send the plan, who will answer questions and how to reach them. Ask whether follow-up is part of the quoted service. Record what happens if an examination or test is still needed.
For online visits, the medical boards recommend that the clinician arrange needed tests or find another clinician to do so. An issue requiring a physical examination or procedure calls for follow-up in person under that guidance.
Source aKeep a record of a medicine problem
MedWatch is the FDA’s service for reporting problems with medicines. Patients can submit a report themselves without a fee.
Source bThe report’s existence alone cannot prove what caused the problem. The FDA makes that limit clear when describing its public reports.
Severe allergic symptoms need emergency help
Severe allergic reactions can develop very fast and are emergencies, according to MedlinePlus. Trouble breathing, trouble swallowing or swelling of the tongue can be among its symptoms.
Source cFor severe symptoms of this reaction, MedlinePlus gives these routes to help: call the emergency number, 911 in the US, or go straight to an emergency room.
Source cThese are general emergency points, not known rates of TB-500 effects. TB-500’s human safety record remained missing in the review checked September 30, 2026.
Source dKeep your reading notes for ordinary questions and your care contact details with the plan you receive. Ask the clinician how concerns will be handled after the visit rather than leaving that part unwritten.
Your reading notes
Keep a question or an answer to bring into a care discussion.
Saved notes stay in the web browser on this phone or computer. The site does not send them to a care service. These notes are not locked: someone else using this browser on the same device can read them too.
Copy or download them if you want a record elsewhere.
If no Save button appears, copy your words elsewhere or write them on paper before leaving this page.
