Field note · The substance

The label gap leaves important checks unanswered.

The missing research leaves important questions about safety tests unanswered.

What is missing

The September 30, 2026 approval check found no approved TB-500 medicine and therefore no FDA-reviewed product label. There is no official reviewed list of interactions, people who must avoid it, or information for pregnancy, breastfeeding and children.

Source a

An interaction is a change in how a substance acts because of another medicine or substance. For TB-500, a missing interaction list cannot be read as proof that interactions do not occur.

Tests cannot supply a missing label

TB-500 has no FDA-reviewed plan for tests before use or checks during treatment. The review did not find the human or animal evidence from which such a plan could be built.

Ask why each proposed test is being ordered and what its answer would change. Ask what the test cannot tell you. Do not let the length of a testing list replace an explanation of its purpose.

Put your own history into the conversation

Bring a list of medicines and supplements to the discussion. Leave room to record what the clinician says about each concern. If pregnancy, breastfeeding or care for a child is part of the question, name it plainly rather than relying on a general reassurance.

The FDA found no TB-500 studies of pregnancy effects even in animals in the review checked September 30, 2026.

A clear answer can include a limit. Keep that limit in the notes beside any proposed next step. Ask for it again if an offer later sounds more certain than the discussion did.
